Great food (a minimum requirement in Melbourne) and relaxed but classy atmosphere.
Gill’s Diner is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a sophisticated meal without the glitz and glamour of fine dining. Not to suggest that it falls short on service or complexity.

The snapper ceviche.
The specials, which are always well thought out (rather than cobbled-together over supplied produce)
